Anforderungen

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 10+ years in B2B sales, including 5+ years in sales leadership roles within the nutraceutical or life sciences industry
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of European markets and regulatory landscape
  • Fluency in English; other European languages a plus

  • Define and execute a scalable sales strategy for the European nutraceuticals market
  • Segment the market and develop pricing strategies
  • Plan key accounts and develop sales channels aligned with corporate objectives
  • Drive business development initiatives and expand into new regions and market verticals
  • Establish annual budgets, revenue forecasts, and strategic goals for the division
  • Monitor and evaluate regional sales tactics and adjust resource allocation based on performance data
  • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with executive-level decision-makers
  • Champion the voice of the customer to drive value-added solutions
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and R&D on go-to-market strategies
  • Oversee execution of customer-specific solutions, including custom formulations and supply agreements
  • Analyze sales performance using dashboards, KPIs, and customer feedback
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure clear communication across functions
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in commercial agreements
  • Partner with HR on key people management topics for the sales team
  • Lead and support the development of the sales team through feedback and training
  • Conduct performance review meetings to assess development progress
  • Set clear performance expectations and individual goals aligned with team objectives
  • Collaborate with HR to identify high-potential talent and build succession plans
  • Participate in recruitment efforts and ensure cultural fit during candidate selection
  • Oversee onboarding and training of new team members on products and compliance
  • Promote participation in company-wide HR programs and initiatives
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration
