Anforderungen
- •University degree in chemistry or life sciences
- •10+ years in Regulatory Affairs and/or Quality/Production within pharma, ideally vitamins/APIs
- •2+ years leading diverse, multi-geography regulatory teams
- •Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and influencing senior stakeholders
- •Experienced in regulatory risk assessment and long-term risk management
- •Ability to present complex topics clearly and negotiate effectively
- •Proficient with regulatory IT systems (Veeva RIMS, Documentum, Trackwise)
- •Fluency in English; German and additional languages advantageous

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and develop a high-performing Regulatory Affairs Pharma sub-team
- •Drive global regulatory strategies for the assigned portfolio
- •Ensure compliance and strong stakeholder engagement
- •Support innovation projects by securing registrations for new products
- •Align registrations with the business team for segment-specific products
- •Manage global product approvals and timely submissions for APIs
- •Prepare and submit dossiers, including DMFs and CEPs
- •Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor changes with Product Management
- •Enhance processes and tools, and develop SOPs
- •Coach junior colleagues and support quality issue management
- •Update documentation as needed
