Anforderungen

  • Degree in Law, Communications, Political Science, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related fields
  • Minimum 15 years in Public Affairs, Communications & Advocacy, preferably in oncology or rare diseases
  • Proven experience in enterprise leadership and team development
  • Strong ability to develop and deliver impactful public affairs, communication, or advocacy campaigns
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including storytelling and policy translation
  • Skilled in managing and influencing complex stakeholder environments and partnerships
  • Deep understanding of European healthcare policy and oncology landscape
  • Proven track record of engaging with patient organizations, industry associations, and policymakers
  • Experience in launching new oncology medicines and shaping policy for faster patient access
  • Familiarity with reimbursement, HTA processes, and access barriers in oncology
  • Fluency in English, other languages considered advantageous

  • Embed patient voice in decision-making processes
  • Position the company as a credible oncology innovator in Europe
  • Shape narratives on cancer policy in media and policy forums
  • Maintain relationships with European and trade media
  • Oversee media communications and crisis management
  • Align European messaging with corporate narrative
  • Ensure internal messaging reflects external priorities
  • Drive a culture of transparency and inclusion with HR
