Anforderungen
- •Deep understanding of biotech landscape and oncology treatment structures
- •Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD, or equivalent) in biotechnology, life sciences, or business administration
- •Minimum of 15 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- •Experience launching and commercializing products in European markets
- •Track record of supporting Market Access in European and national HTA and reimbursement processes
- •Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent communication, customer interaction, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
- •Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- •Experience working in fast-paced, innovative, clinical-stage biotech organizations
- •Ability to translate scientific understanding and customer insights into creative strategies
- •Willingness to travel internationally as needed

- •Define and prioritize marketing needs for European and national teams
- •Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate market opportunities
- •Develop strategic plans for product launches
- •Ensure successful development and commercialization of medicines in Europe
- •Collaborate with the Executive Director of Commercial Excellence for integrated brand strategy
- •Analyze clinical trial data with cross-functional teams to inform commercialization strategies
- •Integrate product positioning based on clinical data and insights
- •Oversee planning and execution of new launches in alignment with corporate goals
- •Identify and address patient and physician needs effectively
- •Facilitate smooth launch execution with Regulatory & Market Access teams
- •Support Market Access Europe in navigating European Joint Clinical Assessment
- •Provide strategic input to global and regional projects
- •Identify and evaluate opportunities and challenges for product launches
- •Develop comprehensive market development strategies for European expansion
- •Conduct market analysis and competitive landscape assessments
- •Develop integrated Brand Plans with marketing strategies and tactics
- •Establish aligned performance metrics with global and national teams
- •Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on regional projects
- •Represent the company at international conferences and industry events
- •Develop relationships with key stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders in oncology
- •Engage with KOLs to gather insights and validate launch plans
- •Enhance the company's credibility in Europe
- •Provide updates to senior management on marketing and commercialization progress
- •Foster a culture of creativity and idea generation
- •Contribute to building a best-in-class organization across Europe
