- •Partner with the VP of Commercial Europe to develop the launch roadmap
- •Lead regional launch governance with cross-functional teams
- •Design and maintain performance metrics and dashboards for the EU
- •Prepare presentations for leadership team meetings
- •Monitor strategic commercial excellence priorities for alignment
- •Optimize strategic planning cycles with Finance and cross-functional teams
- •Identify training gaps and provide training materials for commercial teams
- •Design and build the CRM system for field operations
- •Define and implement a data and digital strategy aligned with regional goals
- •Leverage digital platforms and AI tools for effective field operations
- •Foster a culture of digital fluency across commercial teams
- •Lead the European forecasting process with accuracy and insights
- •Train country commercial teams on forecasting methodologies
- •Maintain understanding of Revolution Medicines’ pipeline and market dynamics
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to identify intelligence needs and generate insights
- •Orchestrate market research on the Oncology landscape and competitor activities
- •Facilitate Europe-specific activities and data purchases with Global Analytics
- •Incorporate field observations and metrics to generate insights
- •Develop actionable recommendations for stakeholders and senior leadership
- •Reinforce market research best practices with Global Insights lead
- •Oversee data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulations
