Anforderungen
- •12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry with Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with Master's degree, or 6+ years with advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related field
- •Proven track record leading large field teams in medical affairs
- •Prior field experience
- •Capability to lead without formal authority in a matrix organization
- •Enterprise mindset and business acumen
- •Learning agility and conscientiousness
- •Strong understanding of European healthcare compliance and regulations
- •Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- •Fluency in English
- •Proficiency in German, Spanish, Italian, and French is advantageous
- •Proficiency in Office 365, CRM systems, and data management practices
- •Strong understanding of performance and impact metrics, statistics, and KPIs
- •Early adopter of new technology such as generative Artificial Intelligence and proficiency in prompting Large Language Models

- •Develop training for Field Medical Leads on leveraging metrics
- •Drive insights gathering processes and ensure actionable recommendations

- •Foster connectivity between field medical teams in affiliates
- •Manage vendors providing tools and training for the field medical team
