Anforderungen
- •Completed vocational training with qualification according to § 75 AMG or degree in a scientific field
- •Several years of experience in sales or marketing of prescription drugs, ideally in the HIV area
- •Expert knowledge in data analysis, targeting, segmentation, and performance reporting
- •Solid understanding of strategic key account management processes and methods
- •Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for action
- •Proficient use of CRM systems, dashboards, and analysis tools
- •High structuring, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- •Strong moderation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- •Very good knowledge of the German healthcare system and its governance mechanisms
- •Experience in implementing AI and automation solutions in account management

- •Ensure account decisions are based on valid data and clear priorities
- •Establish and maintain a structured insights process for regions and accounts
- •Conduct analyses on targeting, segmentation, patient journey, and performance
- •Derive actionable recommendations from complex data
- •Create account briefings, playbooks, and decision-making foundations for KAMs
- •Develop and enhance standardized strategic account management processes, templates, and tools
- •Build robust KPI dashboards and monitor performance of initiatives
- •Coach Key Account Managers and promote a data-driven work approach
