- •Several years of practical experience in healthcare
- •Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills

- •In-depth knowledge of health policy and legal frameworks

- •Experience in event management and organization

- •Develop and implement market access strategies for key accounts
- •Contribute to the creation of account plans and derive actionable measures for commercial success
- •Provide insights on regional barriers and opportunities for account strategy
- •Build and maintain a strong network with health insurance funds, medical services, and healthcare stakeholders
- •Identify, prioritize, and strategically manage relevant stakeholders
- •Initiate and execute projects with regional stakeholders to enhance access to innovative therapies
- •Ensure optimal regional access conditions for HIV therapies, including monitoring market conditions and mitigating access barriers
- •Proactively assess regional and national healthcare policies and provide actionable recommendations
