Anforderungen
- •Completed university degree and qualification according to § 75 AMG
- •Several years of practical experience in healthcare and basic knowledge in regional and national market access
- •Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
- •Strong self-organization, prioritization, and adaptability skills
- •In-depth knowledge of health policy and legal framework for the economic application and management of pharmaceuticals in outpatient care
- •Good analytical and communication skills to address and present complex issues to target groups
- •Experience in event management and organization of regional events
- •High digital competence including secure IT skills and affinity for digital/AI-supported solutions
- •Very good English skills in addition to German at native level
- •Existing network with relevant regional stakeholders (e.g., health insurance companies, KVen)
- •Experience in the HIV indication

Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop and implement market access strategies for key accounts
- •Contribute to the creation of account plans and derive actionable measures for commercial success
- •Provide insights on regional barriers and opportunities for account strategy
- •Build and maintain a strong network with health insurance funds, medical services, and healthcare stakeholders
- •Identify, prioritize, and strategically manage relevant stakeholders
- •Initiate and execute projects with regional stakeholders to enhance access to innovative therapies
- •Ensure optimal regional access conditions for HIV therapies, including monitoring market conditions and mitigating access barriers
- •Proactively assess regional and national healthcare policies, derive recommendations, and implement them in cross-functional teams
