- •Strengthen medical operational excellence and performance
- •Embed innovative strategies and tools
- •Ensure development of required capabilities with a focus on digital/AI
- •Oversee and drive operational excellence within medical affairs
- •Develop and implement strategies to optimize medical operations
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- •Improve efficiency and effectiveness of medical activities
- •Collaborate across Medical Affairs and other functions
- •Drive efficacy and capability evolution through initiatives
- •Represent the business voice in medical platforms
- •Support implementation and maintenance of Medical Affairs processes
- •Coordinate digital/AI strategy for Medical
- •Plan and train internal capabilities for digital/AI
- •Develop and monitor medical affairs digital performance
- •Serve as LOC medical representative for digital/AI projects
- •Support business prioritization exercises
- •Establish effective communication of medical performance
- •Identify and coordinate training for medical teams
- •Execute roll-out of new excellence strategies
- •Monitor and develop Medical KPIs and metrics
