Anforderungen

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage all contract renewals and updates for the global customer portfolio
- •Initiate renewal discussions well before contract expiry dates

- •Identify renewal risks and implement mitigation strategies
- •Maintain accurate renewal forecasting and pipeline management
- •Drive customer success initiatives to enhance renewal rates and satisfaction
- •Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- •Negotiate renewal terms that meet customer needs and company objectives
- •Create compelling renewal proposals and presentations
