Deine Aufgaben

  • Renew Support and Subscription contracts with direct customers in Germany
  • Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • Identify and close up-sell opportunities
  • Develop successful relationships with direct customers for timely renewals
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction with PTC services
  • Maintain structured daily and weekly work to achieve renewal rates
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Drive renewal sales processes and rigor
  • Accurately forecast and update data in Salesforce CRM
  • Manage customer queries related to renewals promptly and effectively
  • Conduct weekly forecast calls with internal management
  • Review renewal quotes for accuracy before submission
  • Support customer transitions to Subscription or Cloud from Perpetual licenses
  • Increase renewal value by upselling to existing accounts
  • Calculate renewal offers and manage mid-term contract changes
  • Prepare and send quotes to customers ensuring accurate booking
