Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business Informatics, Economics, or comparable qualification
- •At least 2 years of experience in Service Desk and user support
- •Strong experience in MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central
- •Basic understanding of business processes (finance, sales, purchase, inventory, warehouse management)
- •Ability to understand user requirements and manage multiple tickets
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- •German language skills are a plus
- •Experience in agile environment, SCRUM, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
