- •Passion for building customer journeys and ensuring customer satisfaction

- •Manage the entire implementation of the solution
- •Track project scope, time, and budget
- •Cooperate with Implementation Consultants on-site
- •Guide customers through the QuickStart onboarding journey
- •Drive early value realization for customers
- •Empower customers to adopt and configure the solution independently
- •Maintain excellent customer success through regular contact
- •Ensure customers receive maximum return on their investment
- •Collaborate with the Customer Support Advisor to resolve complex issues
- •Initiate process improvements in Customer Success
- •Drive growth in the customer portfolio
- •Assist the sales team by identifying cross-selling opportunities
