Anforderungen

- •At least 5 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company
- •Passion for building customer journeys and customer satisfaction
- •Ability to develop professional and warm client relationships

- •Preparation for meetings and effective communication

- •Track project scope, time, and budget
- •Cooperate with Implementation Consultants on-site
- •Guide customers through the QuickStart onboarding journey
- •Drive early value realization for customers
- •Empower customers to adopt and configure the solution independently
- •Maintain excellent customer success through regular contact
- •Ensure customers maximize their return on investment
- •Collaborate with the Customer Support Advisor to resolve complex issues
- •Initiate process improvements in Customer Success
- •Drive growth in the customer portfolio
- •Identify cross-selling opportunities to assist the sales team
