Anforderungen
- •Minimum five years of professional experience in IFRS
- •Deep expertise in HGB accounting standards
- •Strong knowledge of local GAAP requirements
- •Experience leading external audit processes
- •Ability to coordinate and lead subsidiary audits
- •Successful completion of a business degree in Finance or Accounting
- •Robust analytical capabilities
- •Proficiency in consolidation systems, preferably Workday
- •Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- •Fluency in written and spoken English
- •Deep expertise in HGB accounting standards is advantageous

- •Prepare and own IFRS Group financial statements
- •Prepare and own subsidiary financial statements under local GAAP
- •Lead and coordinate group and subsidiary external audit processes
- •Collaborate with the Director of Accounting and subsidiaries for accurate IFRS application
- •Prepare and own HGB accounting standard financial statements
- •Monitor new regulatory requirements and assess emerging accounting topics
- •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS consolidated financial statements
- •Provide disclosures and supporting accounting memos for year-end reporting
- •Serve as the primary contact for IFRS-related inquiries from finance team and auditors
- •Ensure adherence to and development of group-wide IFRS standards and guidelines
- •Act as the main liaison for subsidiaries and external advisors on IFRS matters
- •Support special projects like new regulatory implementation and accounting evaluations
