Anforderungen
- •Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- •At least 6 years of hands-on experience in general ledger accounting
- •Strong technical accounting knowledge under HGB
- •Solid understanding of IFRS
- •Practical experience in preparing statutory financial statements under HGB
- •Experience in group reporting packages under IFRS
- •Sound understanding of period-end closing processes
- •Solid experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA
- •Experience with OneStream for reporting and consolidation
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- •High attention to detail
- •Proactive and reliable
- •Hands-on approach
- •Ownership in day-to-day operational accounting
- •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

Deine Aufgaben
- •Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements
- •Handle fair value and amortized cost accounting for financial instruments
- •Manage provisions and IFRS 16 lease accounting
- •Analyze M&A contracts and related agreements
- •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- •Compile IFRS reporting packages for group consolidation
- •Collaborate with the Group Accounting team
- •Execute month-end close activities, including accruals and provisions
- •Perform GL account analysis and reviews for balance sheet and P&L items
- •Coordinate and support external audits
- •Serve as a key contact for auditors and internal stakeholders
- •Act as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA for GL topics
- •Drive continuous improvements and automation in accounting processes
