Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- •CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred
- •12+ years of progressive accounting experience
- •At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- •Experience in a global, fast-paced environment
- •Deep knowledge of HGB, IFRS, and other local GAAP
- •Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency operations
- •Strong understanding of accounting systems (e.g., SAP)
- •Process automation knowledge
- •Proven track record of managing audits, tax compliance, and internal controls
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- •High attention to detail

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and develop a growing accounting team of over 30 members
- •Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- •Oversee global accounting operations
- •Ensure compliance with local GAAP requirements across group entities
- •Develop and maintain SOX-compliant internal controls and documentation
- •Manage external audits and relationships with auditors and tax advisors
- •Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems
- •Lead automation and process optimization initiatives
- •Partner with Group Reporting, FP&A, Legal, and Business teams on strategic projects
- •Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior stakeholders
- •Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations for compliance
- •Mentor and coach accounting staff to support their professional growth
