- •Ensure compliance with HGB regulations
- •Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- •Deliver accurate, consolidated financials on schedule
- •Establish accounting foundations for new entities in the Cayman Islands and Lithuania
- •Manage transition to multi-entity group consolidation under HGB and IFRS
- •Prepare statutory financial statements
- •Act as a key contact for external auditors and tax advisors
- •Identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- •Research and recommend modern accounting tools
- •Implement scalable finance tech solutions
- •Serve as a go-to person for accounting inquiries
- •Communicate proactively with the finance team and other departments
