Anforderungen

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Technical expertise and strong customer-facing skills
  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and security best practices
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field
  • Legal right to work in the country without visa sponsorship

Deine Aufgaben

  • Plan and execute strategies for customer adoption of the Wiz platform
  • Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices
  • Assist in establishing a Wiz Center of Excellence
  • Serve as the primary liaison for technical questions and escalations
  • Collaborate with Support, Product Management, and relevant teams
  • Contribute to workshops to help customers maximize the Wiz platform's value
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Establish a regular cadence of communication with customers
  • Help customers create Success Plans with critical goals and KPIs
  • Guide customers in achieving their objectives
  • Measure and report customers' achievement of KPIs internally and externally
  • Identify and address technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Support to resolve technical escalations
  • Advocate for customer needs across various departments
  • Provide insights on new features available in Wiz
  • Effectively program manage account escalations
  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams for contract renewals
  • Identify opportunities to expand Wiz usage within customer organizations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Wiz platform's functionality and technology
  • Monitor news on emerging cloud security threats
  • Grow knowledge of the Wiz ecosystem, including Cloud Service Providers and technology partners
