Anforderungen
- •Experience as production shift team leader
- •Chemical/biopharmaceutical education, corresponding training, or related degree
- •Structured, focused, and organized working style

- •Knowledge of Visual Inspection processes
- •Coordination of resources and workflows

- •Lead, coach, and develop team members
- •Manage personnel and conduct performance reviews

- •Execute visual inspections following cGMP guidelines
- •Identify, interpret, and eliminate production deviations
- •Participate in deviation investigations and improvement projects
- •Ensure safety and GMP compliance
- •Support audits and site visits
- •Provide technical and procedural manufacturing support
- •Train new joiners and existing staff
- •Collaborate with other team leads to optimize efficiency
- •Contribute to team and system development
