Anforderungen
- •Past experience as a shift team leader, deputy, or system specialist in organic production
- •Completed chemical/biopharmaceutical education (CPT) or corresponding training qualification, Bachelor/Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemical Engineering, or related disciplines
- •Structured, focused, and organized way of working, assertiveness, motivation, independence, flexibility, and resilience
- •High attitude for safety, quality, solution focus, and cooperation
- •Comprehensive knowledge of fill and finish production processes and connections in a large production area
- •Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering
- •Coordination of resources and workflows
- •Fluency in English (written and oral) and German would be an advantage
