- •Several years of professional experience as a shift team leader, deputy, or system specialist in organic production
- •Comprehensive knowledge of production processes and interrelationships in a large production area
- •Experience in installing and handling manufacturing plants
- •Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering
- •Fluency in English (written and oral), German would be an advantage
- •Structured, focused, and organized way of working
- •Assertiveness and motivation
- •Ability to work independently, flexibly, and resiliently
- •Ability to support 24x7 large scale facility on a 4 Shift Structure
