Anforderungen
- •Advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- •Demonstrated leadership skills
- •Extensive experience in chemical manufacturing
- •Broad expertise in chemistry and chemical engineering
- •Strong knowledge of GMP and EHS requirements
- •Fluency in English and German, or readiness to learn
- •Experience with Operational Excellence / LEAN principles

- •Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery
- •Lead a team of production managers, supervisors, and specialists
- •Manage people-related tasks including hiring and coaching
- •Execute all production campaigns in compliance with regulations
- •Monitor production costs and provide forecasts for campaigns
- •Contribute to budgeting and product cost calculations
- •Support overall production management and operational controls
- •Act as a point of contact for production planning and assessments
- •Conduct routine performance monitoring and reporting
- •Facilitate the handover of investment projects to the manufacturing team
