Anforderungen

•Advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
•Demonstrated leadership skills
•Extensive experience in chemical manufacturing
•Broad expertise in chemistry and chemical engineering
•Strong knowledge of GMP and EHS requirements
•Fluency in English and German, or readiness to learn
•Experience with Operational Excellence / LEAN principles

•Oversee operational activities of the manufacturing unit
•Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery
•Lead a team of production managers, supervisors, and specialists
•Manage people-related tasks including hiring and coaching
•Execute all production campaigns in compliance with regulations
•Monitor production costs and provide forecasts for campaigns
•Contribute to budgeting and product cost calculations
•Support overall production management and operational controls
•Act as a point of contact for production planning and assessments
•Conduct routine performance monitoring and reporting
•Facilitate the handover of investment projects to the manufacturing team
