Anforderungen
- •3+ years of experience in technical or application support
- •Proven leadership experience or ambition to grow into a team lead role
- •Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and network infrastructure
- •Hands-on troubleshooting expertise
- •Experience with support and collaboration tools such as Zoho Desk, Jira, Confluence, and AWS

- •Contribute to onboarding and training initiatives
- •Oversee resolution of complex technical issues
- •Manage the full incident lifecycle
- •Serve as escalation contact for key enterprise customers
- •Ensure cooperation and knowledge transfer between support levels
- •Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
- •Monitor critical system alerts and coordinate resolutions
- •Track and report key performance metrics
- •Maintain and expand internal documentation and troubleshooting guides
- •Support continuous improvement of support workflows
