Team Lead Strategic Procurement(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead a dynamic procurement team, ensuring effective sourcing for solar and battery projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various departments to enhance procurement strategies and strengthen supplier relationships.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field
• •At least 3 years of leadership or senior specialist experience in renewables, energy, or infrastructure
• •Strong experience in procurement across full lifecycle of photovoltaic battery or grid infrastructure projects
• •Proven ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships
• •Solid commercial understanding of supplier value chains and sub supplier delivery structures
• •Good commercial understanding of project phases from pre-investment decision to construction and O&M
• •Deep knowledge of market trends and technology drivers in solar and battery storage
• •Negotiation-oriented mindset with experience working across internal and external stakeholders
• •Excellent strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• •Willingness to travel internationally
• •Fluent in English
