•Proactively address challenges or barriers to adoption
•Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sourcing teams
•Build and maintain a knowledge base of resources and case studies
•Act as a trusted advisor in category management
•Collaborate with stakeholders to improve sourcing practices
•Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the Integrated Sourcing Processes
•Identify opportunities for optimization based on feedback
