Anforderungen
- •Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor process engineering
- •Deep understanding of contamination control, surface preparation, and Plating challenges
- •Proven experience working with Plating chemistry and hardware
- •Practical exposure to 2D material preparation and integration
- •300mm plating tools hands-on experience (Lam, AMAT etc.)
- •Experience in fab startup, pilot line development, or technology ramp-up environments

- •Evaluate and define specifications for plating tools
- •Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to select and qualify plating tools
- •Oversee fab startup activities, including tool installation and acceptance testing
- •Validate recipes and manage initial process ramp-up
- •Establish and maintain the Process of Record (POR) for critical clean steps
- •Define ramp-to-production protocols for plating processes
- •Implement and manage Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems
- •Drive continuous improvement using data-driven methodologies
