Anforderungen
- •Minimum 5 years of experience with CMP equipment in a semiconductor fab environment
- •Proven hands-on experience with tool installation, initial fab ramp-up, or expansion projects
- •Deep technical expertise in CMP processes, including planarization control, slurry management, and pad conditioning systems
- •Familiarity with supporting infrastructure such as slurry delivery, filtration, and waste/sludge management
- •Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills with the ability to implement corrective actions
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field

- •Serve as the CMP equipment lead during facility construction and ramp-up
- •Collaborate with design and facilities teams on tool layout and cleanroom integration
- •Define infrastructure requirements for chemical delivery, exhaust systems, and water supply
- •Lead technical evaluation, selection, and procurement of CMP tools
- •Oversee installation lifecycle, including delivery and utility hook-up
- •Manage tool acceptance and qualification processes
- •Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs
- •Create and maintain equipment documentation
- •Support process integration and yield improvement through equipment optimization
- •Conduct root cause analysis for equipment issues
