Anforderungen
- •Minimum 5 years of experience with electrochemical plating equipment
- •Proven hands-on experience with new tool installations, fab ramp-up, or expansion projects
- •Strong technical knowledge of electrochemical deposition, including bath chemistry, metal deposition uniformity, and plating cell hardware design
- •Familiarity with supporting infrastructure such as chemical delivery/return systems and safety/environmental protocols
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to drive equipment reliability and yield
- •Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, cleanroom-based teams
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
