Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- •5+ years of experience in process engineering with focus on ALD, dielectric, or metal deposition
- •Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing (FAB) with 300mm silicon wafer surface area
- •Understanding of deposition processes and techniques including ALD, CVD, and PVD
- •Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making in process development
- •Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- •Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in semiconductor manufacturing
- •Proactive approach and willingness to tackle challenges in dynamic environment
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced setting
- •Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

- •Analyze data to ensure robust and repeatable processes
- •Develop and maintain documentation for process recipes and equipment performance
