Anforderungen
- •5+ years of hands-on experience with 200mm and/or 300mm Dry Etch equipment
- •Experience with installation, start-up, qualification, and operation of RIE systems
- •Experience troubleshooting and maintaining sub-fab and support systems
- •Strong motivation to lead CIP initiatives using 5S and Lean manufacturing methods
- •Hands-on, proactive mindset suited to a fast-paced pilot-line environment
- •Strong communication skills and fluency in English
