Anforderungen
- •University degree
- •Minimum 10 years of relevant business process experience
- •Prior consulting experience is an advantage
- •High IT affinity and skills, especially SAP ECC and ideally SAP S/4HANA
- •Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
- •Understanding of supply chain finance tools and requests
- •Excellent process knowledge in Invoice-to-Cash
- •Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- •Comfortable with ERP systems, BI tools, and MS Office
- •Strong aptitude for data analysis and problem-solving
- •Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- •Experience in multinational or matrix organizations
- •Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- •Ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects
- •Concentration on results and process efficiency
- •Fast and consistent implementation of decisions
- •Proven change management experience
- •Ability to assess complex problems and implement solutions
- •Ability to persuade senior leadership and foster agreement
- •Excellent communication skills for presenting I2C concepts
- •Willingness to travel to business offices as necessary

Deine Aufgaben
- •Oversee the complete Invoice-to-Cash cycle
- •Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners and the GBPE Team
- •Share information and document results with the GBPE Team
- •Develop and maintain business policies for end-to-end processes
- •Ensure compliance and standardization across business lines
- •Suggest efficient enhancements based on user needs and processes
- •Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology adoption
- •Launch projects to transfer best practices to local SSCs and the International Business Service Center in the UK
- •Facilitate discussions and prepare presentations to drive solutions
- •Work with IT teams to align with existing infrastructure technologies
- •Ensure high-quality transactions and master data processes
- •Deliver process-related key user training
- •Support the rollout of process-related software tools
