Anforderungen
- •Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related
- •Accounting Certification (CPA, ACCA or similar)
- •Project management certification as strong advantage
- •5+ years Accounting or 3+ years Order-to-Cash
- •Ideally 7+ years Finance or IT experience
- •Proficiency in ERP systems and AR tools
- •Experience with automation tools in AR processes
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset
- •Independent work and global team collaboration
- •Excellent communication skills in English

- •Define and optimize global end-to-end O2C processes
- •Identify process inconsistencies and establish best practices
- •Perform data mining and root-cause analysis
- •Identify automation and efficiency opportunities
- •Guide finance colleagues on change activities
- •Monitor Accounts Receivable and Credit Management processes
- •Track KPIs and define corrective measures
- •Develop global O2C solutions with IT and Finance
- •Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- •Deliver process trainings and global documentation
- •Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Sales teams
- •Report on AR metrics and improvement progress
