Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related
- •Experience in process management or digital transformation
- •Experience with process mining and modeling tools
- •Understanding of BPMN and APQC standards
- •Familiarity with automation and system integrations
- •Experience in regulated environments (ISO 13485, FDA)
- •Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
- •Stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
