Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- •5+ years of experience in finance with focus on accounting and team leadership
- •Experience in a Shared Services environment
- •Solid accounting expertise and process understanding
- •Proficient in SAP; familiarity with S/4HANA
- •Strong knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting standards
- •Proven ability to lead projects and drive process improvements
- •Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills
- •Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
