Anforderungen
- •University degree in Finance and Accounting or comparable professional education
- •At least 5 years of experience in General Accounting and Reporting
- •Strong knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting standards (HGB, OR), excellent understanding of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and project accounting
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Advanced communication skills and understanding of change management principles, strong team player
- •High level of accuracy and proactive, hands-on approach to tasks, strong delivery attitude, analytical and problem-solving mindset

Deine Aufgaben
- •Act as a consulting partner between internal stakeholders and Finance CSS Centers
- •Drive proactive stakeholder management through recurring business partner meetings
- •Build a deep understanding of each Business Unit's operational landscape
- •Develop and update training materials and standardized templates
- •Monitor local finance processes to ensure adherence to Group Accounting & Reporting policies
- •Lead in-depth analysis of balance sheet items to identify risks and opportunities
- •Collaborate with the Internal Control team to design and execute local internal controls
- •Act as the local change leader for finance-related systems and processes
