Anforderungen
- •3–7 years of experience developing dry etch processes on 200mm and/or 300mm semiconductor platforms
- •Proven experience with process qualification, optimization, and ramp-up in a fab or pilot-line environment
- •Strong understanding of plasma etch fundamentals, including process chemistry, profile control, selectivity, and integration dependencies
- •Hands-on experience working with RIE-based platforms (e.g., LAM, TEL, AMAT) from a process engineering perspective
- •Familiarity with advanced etch techniques such as Atomic Layer Etch (ALE)
- •Experience applying DOE, SPC, and data-driven methodologies to improve process stability and yield
- •Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a hands-on, proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership
- •Strong communication skills and fluency in English

- •Develop, qualify, and sustain dry etch processes for assigned modules
- •Execute process qualification activities with Equipment Engineering and Integration teams
- •Define and optimize etch process windows focusing on critical metrics
- •Collaborate with the Integration team on future applications and process modules
- •Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for process issues
- •Develop and implement robust process control methodologies
- •Mentor technical engineering team members on dry etch processes
