Anforderungen

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consultancy
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong knowledge of the Customer Success Industry
  • Ability to understand customer business objectives and challenges
  • Establish and grow trusted relationships with stakeholders and clients
  • Experience presenting to large audiences
  • Experience implementing change management best practices
  • Experience driving large scale global deployments
  • Excellent organizational, project management, consulting, and time management skills
  • Experience analyzing data, trends, and client information
  • Proficient in Dynamics & Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Partner with Account Directors to educate clients on implementing successful modern selling programs
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders to drive product adoption
  • Deliver Strategic Value Reviews to executive sponsors, demonstrating measurable business impact
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to align LinkedIn Sales Solutions with customer objectives
  • Conduct Success Reviews to assess customer adoption health and recommend actionable next steps
  • Encourage clients to utilize LinkedIn resources to increase proficiency with Sales Navigator
  • Track customer activity and create custom plans for accounts at risk to mitigate churn
  • Identify risks and deliver coaching to improve utilization for low usage clients
  • Monitor customer engagement and health metrics to develop strategies for increased usage
  • Document all communication with users and accounts accurately and timely via system tools
  • Use data to derive insights that drive greater client engagement
  • Maintain a deep understanding of LinkedIn products to drive customer engagement effectively
