Anforderungen
- •University degree in food law or food science
- •At least 4 years of professional experience in regulatory environment of food industry
- •Profound knowledge of German and European food law
- •Knowledge of Codex Alimentarius standards
- •Fluency in English, German is a plus
- •Excellent IT user skills (Office 365) and database handling
- •Strong comprehension skills and analytical thinking
- •Precise and thorough work under time pressure
- •Strong team player with collaborative mindset
- •High level of quality awareness
- •Good communication and presentation skills

- •Analyze regulatory impacts of changes to raw materials, recipes, and labeling
- •Coordinate orders and requests for legal opinions and labeling assessments
- •Support the handling of official objections or inquiries
