- •Academic background in Packaging Engineering, Material Science, or related technical field
- •3–5 years of relevant industry experience in packaging development, production, or quality assurance
- •Extensive expertise in packaging production technologies
- •Understanding of associated packaging defects
- •Strong background in assessing primary packaging interactions with products
- •Experience in extractables and leachable studies
- •Competencies in quality auditing packaging material suppliers
- •In-depth knowledge of GxP standards for packaging
- •Solid understanding of regulatory procedures across Europe, the US, and China
- •Demonstrated self-organization
- •Proactive and goal-oriented working style
- •Outstanding communication abilities
- •Intercultural competence
- •Collaborative approach as an effective team player
- •Business fluency in English and German
- •Proficiency with IT tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, and SAP

- •Select and qualify packaging suppliers for high-quality materials
- •Collaborate with suppliers to choose optimal packaging for products
- •Lead global harmonization projects to standardize packaging specifications
- •Coordinate with international stakeholders to identify synergies
- •Run projects to enhance global packaging components
- •Establish solid requirements with suppliers and contract them in quality agreements
- •Conduct quality audits at manufacturers to review processes and innovations
- •Ensure compliance with Fresenius Kabi’s requirements and mitigate supply chain risks
- •Support Operational Units in resolving quality issues related to packaging
- •Apply risk assessment expertise and define corrective actions
- •Encourage effective communication across the global packaging network
- •Exchange best practices with international experts
- •Contribute to the definition and creation of the supplier management program
- •Assist in developing standard operating procedures for supplier management
