Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar
- •Min. 5 years of experience in number-driven environments
- •Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes
- •Track record in setting up processes, tools, and structures
- •Very proficient use of Excel and ability to build models
- •Experience in S&OP / IBP and S&OE processes
- •Knowledge of (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP, regulatory requirements, QA and QC
- •Continuous improvement mindset and/or Lean Six Sigma certification
- •Excellent organizational, team and time management skills
- •Critical thinking, solution-oriented and proactive work style
- •Fluent in English, with additional language skills (German or French) as a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Analyze global demand and supply for biosimilar molecules
- •Provide transparency on demand and supply for cross-functional alignment
- •Prepare and participate in S&OP cycles
- •Drive demand, inventory, and supply analysis
- •Forecast Drug Substance and Drug Product demand based on sales forecasts
- •Manage the ordering process and production planning
- •Coordinate with suppliers for Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Products
- •Oversee inventory across all supply chain levels
- •Lead supply launch readiness and ensure adherence to timelines
- •Support Tech Transfer projects and Business Development initiatives
- •Participate in SCM projects with the Global SCM group
