Anforderungen

  • Extensive experience in quota-carrying sales of business applications or software platforms
  • Demonstrable personal track record of over-achievement of sales targets
  • Extensive experience in senior level stakeholder engagement
  • Proven experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong people management skills
  • Experience in Business Intelligence, CRM, ERP, Cloud enterprise software sales
  • Working knowledge of Business Intelligence competitor products, Data Preparation, ETL, Database, Analytics and Enterprise Data Warehouses
  • Demonstrable knowledge of key Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership principles
  • Experience with sales methodologies i.e., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with close attention to detail
  • Strong German and English language skills
  • Degree educated or equivalent academic/work experience

Deine Aufgaben

  • Manage a high-performance sales team
  • Ensure account executives exceed their sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Provide tactical and strategic account planning
  • Train and mentor team members in sales methodologies
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and track activities in the CRM system
  • Oversee all stages of the sales cycle to achieve results
  • Drive complex sales cycles and present value propositions to C-level stakeholders
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and management reports
  • Identify and manage risks, escalating issues as needed
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Business Intelligence software products
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing across regions
  • Build partnerships with Marketing, Inside Sales, and other business areas
  • Enhance partner relationships to drive revenue
  • Coordinate industry events and user groups to generate interest
  • Travel regularly for in-person meetings with customers and partners
