Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related field
- •1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or process improvement
- •Strong analytical and organizational skills
- •Excellent communication skills in English; German or French is an asset
- •Proficient with MS Office, project management, and data visualization tools
- •Proactive mindset with a strong interest in healthcare operations and efficiency improvement

- •Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports and insights
- •Coordinate and document project milestones to ensure alignment with timelines and objectives
- •Assist with change management and training activities to promote the adoption of new processes
