•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related field
•1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or process improvement
•Strong analytical and organizational skills

•Proficient with MS Office, project management, and data visualization tools

•Coordinate and document project milestones to ensure alignment with timelines and objectives
•Assist with change management and training activities to promote the adoption of new processes
