- •Proven track record in solution selling
- •Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes
- •Experience working for a manufacturer or selling to manufacturers
- •Ability to articulate value propositions around Industry 4.0, MES, and digital transformation
- •Familiarity with ERP integration, factory scheduling, and smart manufacturing concepts
