Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/economics)
  • 5+ years of selling experience at end-user account or channels level
  • Profound knowledge of HPE’s A&PS solutions, ideally focus on Hybrid Cloud, AI and Networking
  • Experience in developing positive relationships and solving customer problems
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and effectively bridging sales gaps
  • Profound account management, acquisition and deal hunting skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines
  • Innovative mindset to think beyond proscribed solutions
  • Proven ability to identify new opportunities and generate business
  • Strong customer orientation and consulting skills, paired with assertiveness
  • Track record in driving and managing IT projects for enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated reliability in building and managing a robust sales pipeline
  • Highly team-oriented with a strong focus on achieving goals
  • Displays creativity, initiative, and reliability in all aspects of work
  • Proficient usage skills in a CRM system
  • Business fluent German language skills, plus excellent command of English

  • Lead discussions on sustainability and CIO priorities with customers
  • Engage customers with HPE's value proposition on Hybrid Cloud and AI
  • Serve as a trusted advisor within assigned accounts
  • Guide customers on a strategic partnership journey
  • Identify and develop qualified sales opportunities
  • Utilize deep expertise in Advisory & Professional Services
  • Leverage the HPE Hybrid Cloud portfolio and partner ecosystem
  • Simplify complex technologies through storytelling and real-world examples
  • Articulate the advantages of HPE's innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate how HPE offerings differ from competitors
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and challenges
  • Design and adapt solution roadmaps to meet evolving client needs
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients at all levels
  • Drive A&PS revenues and profitability by growing accounts
  • Qualify and review new leads to close sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams for smooth transactions
  • Build a targeted sales pipeline and forecast data-driven activities
