- •Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, or Medicine
- •Solid experience in various QA functions
- •Familiarity with aseptic processes and Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT)
- •Experience hosting inspections by health authorities
- •Excellence in critical communication and risk management
- •Strong knowledge of cGxP regulations
- •Excellent presentation skills

- •Ensure inspection readiness from a QA perspective
- •Collaborate with operational departments and project managers
- •Continuously monitor commercial manufacturing for GxP compliance
- •Guarantee manufacturing operations meet quality standards and regulations
- •Maintain RA and GMP compliance
- •Assess new regulatory requirements
- •Prepare, review, and approve quality documents
- •Drive continuous improvement of GMP compliance and quality systems
- •Align QA topics across Cell Factories
- •Foster transparent communication between QA and operational departments
- •Implement measures to eliminate gaps and audit deficiencies
- •Track actions related to audit deficiencies
- •Support decentralized manufacturing and point-of-care approaches for CGT
- •Act as primary contact for external support activities
- •Drive QA-related decision-making
- •Support employee qualification monitoring and participation
