- •PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Medicine, or related field
- •Several years of product development experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- •Proven project management skills
- •Knowledge of GxP and Immunology

- •Monitor project progress continuously
- •Communicate project status, accomplishments, risks, and next steps to management
- •Foster relationships with team members to promote transparent communication
- •Share project knowledge and dependencies with Subject Matter Experts
- •Organize project meetings and prepare agendas
- •Document meeting minutes
