- •Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD)
- •Solid Medical Affairs experience in Hematology or Oncology
- •Proven experience in Medical Affairs in pharma/biotech
- •Experience in scientific communications, publications, advisory boards, and congress activities
- •Experience on product launches in Hematology or Oncology
- •Strong communication and collaboration skills
- •Ability to work within global, cross-functional teams
- •High scientific integrity, regulatory awareness, and compliance mindset
