Anforderungen
- •Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent) in life sciences, medicine, or related field
- •Significant experience in clinical development within pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- •Exposure to advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs) and/or CAR-T therapies
- •Proven track record in protocol development, regulatory submissions (IND, CTA, BLA, MAA), and clinical data interpretation
- •Comprehensive expertise across the clinical data lifecycle
- •Integration of translational insights, biomarkers, and clinical endpoints into development plans
- •Effective communication of complex scientific data in English
- •Leadership through coaching, mentoring, and educating less experienced colleagues

- •Develop and execute global clinical development plans for Phases I–III
- •Ensure scientific excellence and regulatory alignment

- •Generate high-quality clinical data
- •Support preparation of regulatory submissions like IND and CTA
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical and regulatory
- •Represent Clinical Development in internal and external settings
- •Support the professional development of junior scientists
- •Establish team-wide standards, processes, and best practices
